Delivery

All our blankets are made here in our workshop, so this enables us to keep high stock levels meaning we can offer a quick delivery service. When your order arrives at Mr Mole either from our website or by phone we usually try to embroider your order the same day.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days, although its really busy at this time of year so it may take a day or so longer, we post out Monday to Friday and during busy periods, usually around Christmas orders can take a little longer to be despatched.

The orders are collected by The Royal Mail, the standard delivery charge covers the Royal Mail 48 service which usually takes 2-4 days but can occasionally take up to 6 days.

The Express service is despatched by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, if you order before 2pm we try to despatch your order the same day so that it can be delivered by 1pm the next day (not including Saturday Delivery).

Postage by the Tracked Delivery are sent by Royal Mail Tracked service which usually takes 2-3 days & can be tracked throughout the delivery process.

Still waiting for a delivery? Why not give your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office a call, they may have tried to deliver your parcel whilst you were out and should leave a card asking for further delivery instructions.
